I love this knife! I purchased it for kitchen use because I'm familiar with the blade design. Also the knife has a cool hand forged look to it. It came sharp right out of the box and on the day it arrived I sliced up vegetable and minced a bunch of garlic with it. I was able to cut carrots and celery and onions really thin with it. Happy to give Faraway Village a 5 star review on this product and I'll likely purchase some of their other knives in the near future.
A good product that will last a lifetime.
